Candlemaking Workshop: Nesting with En Masse

As our worlds slow down and we hibernate for the winter, there are some things that help us feel more comfortable holing up inside to embrace the Chicago cold. Nesting season has begun!

As part of our event series and with help from Hao Made Candles, and ELM Surfaces we hosted a Candlemaking workshop at En Masse Architecture and Design. It was awesome connecting with industry peers, friends of the firm and other design minded folks.

There are special ways that we can make a house into a home, and one of those ways is by personalizing the ambiance of the home through scents. After all, the sense of smell is the most evocative of the senses, and we may be able to trick ourselves into a shorter Autumn and Winter season with a bit of petrichor and bergamot.
