CRAN Conversation at En Masse Studio

We are always so proud to have guests in our studio, and when we were presented with the opportunity to host an American Institute of Architects Chicago (AIA Chicago) CRAN event this August we were so excited to host our fellow architects and architectural professionals.

As the largest chapter of licensed architects, emerging professionals, architecture students, and allied professionals within AIA Illinois, AIA Chicago provides tremendous opportunities, connections, and resources to both emerging and established architectural professionals.

Organized for guests to visit our studio and learn about the business of En Masse Architecture & Design, we shared how all aspects of our firm work together; from management to marketing, team building, mentorship, both internal and external, and our unique office structure.

We hope that all guests enjoyed learning from our mistakes and triumphs, and we were able to compare notes to learn how to grow and change their own Chicago firms. For us, it was a wonderful time of reflection and camaraderie; remembering times when our firm was half the size, from Mike Shively Architecture to now En Masse, and seeing all of the growth along the way!
